This summer, Tiger Eye Coaching is excited to offer a high-energy, athlete-focused running camp designed for middle and high school runners of all ability levels. Whether you’re new to running or preparing for cross country, track, or a fall sport, this camp is built to help athletes get faster, stronger, and more confident—while actually having fun.

Why This Camp Is Different

This isn’t just mileage and laps around a track. Our summer running camp blends smart training, games, and team challenges to keep athletes motivated and engaged.

Athletes will:

  • Train like real competitors

  • Learn how to run smarter, not just harder

  • Build confidence through structured workouts and challenges

  • Make new running friends in a positive, supportive environment

We focus on long-term development, not burnout.

What Athletes Will Do

Each day includes a mix of:

  • Speed days, tempo workouts, and fartlek games

  • Trail runs and nature-based challenges

  • Strength and mobility games for injury prevention

  • Team challenges that build confidence and leadership

  • Athlete workshops on training, recovery, and fueling

All sessions are designed to be age-appropriate, engaging, and adaptable for different ability levels.

Who This Camp Is For

This camp is perfect for:

  • New and experienced runners

  • Middle school athletes building confidence

  • High school runners preparing for XC, track, or fall sports

  • Athletes who want to get faster, stronger, and more confident

No matter where an athlete is starting, they’ll leave feeling stronger and more prepared.

Led by an Experienced Coach

Athletes will train with Coach Stephanie Garrett, a Certified Coach, 10× Ironman, and High School Track & Cross Country Coach. Coach Garrett brings experience from both endurance sport and high school athletics, with a focus on helping athletes train smart, stay healthy, and enjoy the process.

Camp Details

📅 Session 1: July 13–17
📅 Session 2: July 20–24
🕗 Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Location: Local trail and field facilities

Athletes may register for one or two sessions.
